From selecting the perfect blooms to arranging them into a captivating design, you'll learn the secrets to creating a flower crown that will stand the test of time.

The Flower Crown Making Workshop is an ideal choice for various private events, including birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, bat mitzvah's and even team-building corporate gatherings. It's an opportunity to bond with your friends, family or colleagues while immersing yourself in some seriously beautiful blooms.

Booking Options 

Option 1 - Pre-made Eucalyptus crowns 

**This is a great option if your event is less than 2 hours long or if you would like your guests to enjoy the experience of choosing their florals and receiving a beautiful everlasting flower crown without the work! Also a great option for small children. 

  • pre-made Eucalyptus crowns ready for your guests.
  • crowns would be made with preserved Eucalyptus and/or Baby's Breath. 
  • guests can then choose their additional florals in a wide variety of flowers and colours from our bloom bar. Flower options can be customized to match your events theme upon request!
  • each guest will be given a tag to write their name on + a 'bloom basket' to place all their chosen florals in.
  • our Florist's will then design each guests crown by hand gluing florals to Eucalyptus crown base
  • once crowns are complete they will be set aside with each guests name tag 

What we would need -  We would need space for the flower cart + buckets of dried florals. A small table to place completed crowns on for guests to pick up. 

Crowns are made with all dried and preserved florals making them everlasting!

*This option is great for young children who may have difficulty making their own crown or for an event which is 2 hours or less.

Event Duration - We would need a minimum of 1 hour from start to finish for groups of 10.

Set up - we would arrive 1 hour prior to the start of your event to set up and will require 30 minutes for clean up/take down once the event is over.

Option 2 - Make your own flower crown 

Guests will be given the opportunity to design and create their own flower crown from start to finish. This would be a workshop style booking where guests would be guided on how to create their crown.

This option is great if you are looking to add more of a creative experience. Duration for this workshop is roughly 2 hours long from start to finish. 

What we would need - We would need space for the flower cart + buckets of dried florals. Table and chairs for us to set up 'bloom stations' for each participant. 

How it works:
Guests would be given a 'bloom kit' for the event which includes everything they need to make a crown. We would invite guests up to the cart in small groups to pick all their flowers for their crowns. Once everyone is settled and has their flower selection we will start with a guided training (5 - 10 minutes) on how to make a crown. 

Guests can come to us while creating their crowns for help + are more than welcome to pick additional flowers from the cart if needed. Once a guest has completed their crown they can choose their ribbon to put the final touches on their custom made crown.

**please note for our  make your own crown' option children 12 years and younger will need adult assistance. 

Lastly, if you were looking to purchase custom made crowns for an event, we would be happy to provide those to you as well! We can work with any colour theme of your choice to create everlasting crowns. For inquires please email 

How to book:

1 - Once booked, our team will work with you to finalize date, time, location & the finer details such as flower varieties, colours and quantities. 

2 - Our team will arrive at the venue 1 hour before the start time to set up our flower cart (built on site!) 

ps. get a complimentary affirmation card for each one of your guests! 

We require a minimum of 10 guests for this service. This booking is for 10 guests(crowns) & does not include cost for travel/set up.

Duration of events are anywhere from 1.5 hour minimum up to 4 hours for larger groups.

Our team will then reach out via email or phone to confirm the date and time, go over all the finer details & confirm floral options and more. 
If your booking for more than 10 guests we will confirm the total guest count, price per guest a final invoice will then be sent to finalize the booking.
